Earth Day 2018 is on April 22

Did you know that plastic takes more than 400 years to degrade? “Of the 8.3 billion metric tons that has been produced, 6.3 billion metric tons has become plastic waste. Of that, only nine percent has been recycled. The vast majority—79 percent—is accumulating in landfills or sloughing off in the natural environment as litter. Meaning: at some point, much of it ends up in the oceans.”

In honor of Earth Day, make a pledge to reduce your use of plastic! Check out the Earth Day 2018 Campaign End Plastic Pollution. And the Plastic Pollution Primer and Action Toolkit.

Also, Office Ninjas has these great tips for going green at the office.

How will you celebrate Earth Day this year?
